The Sopranos Funko Pops Are Finally Here

From 1999 to 2007, HBO’s crime drama The Sopranos was a landmark series that paved the way for many other iconic TV shows such as Mad Men and Breaking Bad. It’s not surprising that The Sopranos didn’t get the Pop figure treatment, considering how much HBO loves their Game of Thrones Funko Pops. We’re not complaining, but it’s better late than never.

Tony Soprano and Carmela Soprano are part of the Sopranos FunkoPop wave. They also include Christopher Motisanti, Carmela Soprano, and Silvio Dante. Paulie Gualtieri is not included in this wave. Details about pre-orders can be found below. Exclusives will also be highlighted.

The Sopranos Funko Pops’ debut is good news. It comes amid the death of many actors in the series, including Tony Sirico aka Peter Paul “Paulie Walnuts”, Gualtieri. Although Michael, his son, took over the role of the recently released film The Many Saints of Newark it is likely that fans who hoped for a new series are disappointed. Recently, HBO’s head Casey Bloys told The Hollywood Reporter that a comeback is unlikely.

Bloys stated, “Series-wise,” not that Bloys is talking to David [Chase] over. “I don’t know where they are at the moment, whether there would be more movies or not. So to answer your larger question about a Sopranos Series, there is nothing. There hadn’t been any discussions about The Many Saints.
