PMAY List, What do I need to verify and Download Gramin List?
These steps will allow you to download the PMAYG list 2021-22 PDF.
- Open the “Report tab” section of the official PMAYG website at www.pmayg.nic.in.
- Clicking “Report” will open a new window. Select the section of the Social Audit Reports section. Select the “Beneficiary Information for Verification” option.
- Next, fill in the required fields in the “Selection Filters” section.
- First, select the year (2021-2022 is an example) for which you wish to review the PM Awas Yojana Glist (PMAY LIST 202-22).
- You can also choose “PradhanMantri Awaas Yojana Gramin.”
- Next, select “Name of State” as the third option.
- Next, select the “District Name” option from the fourth.
- Select “Block” as the fifth option.
- Lastly, choose the name “Panchayat” from the sixth option.
- Click “Submit” to access the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin recipient list (PMAY-G List 221-22).
- This step will allow you to find the village name, registered number, beneficiary name, and beneficiary’s father/mother. You can also learn who the house was assigned to, the sanction number, sanctioned amount, installment paid, amount available under PMAYG, and the status of the house on the PMAYG beneficiary list.
- You can also download the complete PM Awas Yojanagramin beneficiary list in “Excel” and “PDF” formats. This can be done using the tabs “Download Excel” or “Download PDF.”
How to Check PMAY Gramin List 2022-23, with or without a Registration number?
Here are some actions you can take to check if your name is on the PMAY List 2022-22-23.
- Visit the PM Awas Yojana-Gramin website at https://pmaymis.gov.in/.
- Choose the “Stakeholders” option from the menu.
- Click on the ‘Indira Awas Yojana /PMAYG Beneficiary.’
- You have two options to search for your name on this Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin List:
- Register Number: Enter your registration number and click “Submit.” If your name appears in the list, you will see the relevant information on your screen.
- If you do not have a registration number, choose the second option, “Advanced Search,” if you don’t already have one. Enter the requested information, including state, district, block, panchayat, etc. The system will then prompt you to:
- Name
- BPL Number and A/c No.
- Sanction Order
- Father/Husband Name
- Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click “Search,” and then look for your name among the list of results.

How can I find the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban List for 2022-23?
To confirm your name was added to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban recipient List, you can follow the steps below:
- Visit the PMAY(U) official website at https://pmaymis.gov.in.
- Next, choose the “Search by Name” option in the drop-down menu below the “Search Beneficiary” option.
- Please enter the first three characters of your name exactly as they appear in the application form. Click “Show” to continue.
- After clicking, the results will appear on your screen.
- You can see your name and other information on the screen.
PMAY List 2022-23: PMAY Scheme Types
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2222 can be divided into two parts based on their geographic location.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin: (PMAY-G). The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin is an initiative to provide affordable housing for rural residents in India (Except Chandigarh and Delhi).
The cost-sharing arrangement of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin allows the Union Government to split the cost for affordable housing units by 60:40. The cost of affordable housing units in the North-eastern States is divided 90:10 under PMAY Gramin.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban: The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban program aims to provide affordable housing units in India’s cities. The program currently includes more than 4300 municipalities. The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban has three phases.
(i) Phase I: Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana urban Phase 1 covered more than 100 cities in various States and Union Territories. The first phase of the Pradhan Mantri Urban Yojana Urban was completed from April 2015 to March 2017.
(ii) Phase 2: More than 200 cities from various States and union territories were added to Pradhan Mantri Aha Yojana Urban’s 2nd phase.
(iii). Phase 3: The government has refocused Phase 3 of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban to cities not included in Phases 1 or 2. The Union Government expects to complete Pradhan Mantri Awasyjana Urban Phase 3 implementation by March 2022.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List Last Phase
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List preparations, which started in 2015, are currently in their final stage. The Union Government is working towards achieving the lofty goal of Housing for All by 2022. Each housing unit will be equipped with a kitchen.
Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana Gramin – Performance Numbers (August 2022
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin’s (PMAYG) program provides housing for economically disadvantaged and underprivileged groups. Housing for All is a goal of the central government. Financial aid has been provided in the form of interest subsidy loans.
The Union government has information that shows SC/ST groups accounted for more than 60% of the total target for PMAYG. More than 25% of all the other categories were included in the targeted group. Minorities made up more than 15% of the total population.
The sum will be released once 95% of all the houses have been completed. Although only 5% of homes are currently under construction, the PMAYG has announced the total number of residences.

PMAY List 2022-23: Amount of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Subsidy for Each Category
The categories indicate that borrowers get a different subsidy amount for home loans under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana ClSS when they purchase a home.

PMAY List 2022-23: Eligibility Requirements for PMAY
To be eligible for the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme under PMAY 2022 (CLSS), which provides a subsidy on interest on house loans, the applicant must meet the following income requirements.
- The section of Lower Income Group (LIG), or Economically Weaker (EWS).
- The family may include the husband, wife, and unmarried daughters.
- The annual income of the household must not exceed Rs. 3 lacks for LIG and Rs. 5 lacks for MIG
- The subsidy is limited to Rs. The subsidy is only available up to Rs. 6 lacks. After this point, normal home loan interest rates apply.
- The property must also be co-owned by a female member of the family.
- For the Middle Income Group I & II.
- The MIG I income threshold ranges from Rs. 6 lacks to Rs. 12 lacks. The yearly income for the MIG II income group must be between Rs. 12 lacks to Rs. 18 lacks.
- It is preferable to have a female co-owner of the property.
- An adult who earns money will be treated separately if they are a household member.
PMAY List 2022-23: How to Verify Beneficiary-Wise Released Funds
PMAY was created to help the poor find decent housing. The Union government subsidizes the home loan used to buy the property. The following procedures will allow you to check who is the beneficiary of the funds released under the PMAY.
- Visit the official PMAY website at https://pmaymis.gov.in/default.aspx as the first step.
- Choose the Search Beneficiary option on the homepage.
- Choose “Beneficiary Wise Fonds Released” in the menu.
- When prompted, enter the registered mobile number.
- After clicking “Get OTP,” enter the OTP, you have received.
- Once you have entered the information, the screen will display the beneficiary status for money disbursed as Central Aid, State Share, or ULB share.

- Click the SNLA List tab on the homepage.

PMAY-G Awaas App
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Gramin has made it possible to find affordable homes in rural areas. The Union government has launched a cutting-edge mobile app called “Awaas.” It provides affordable housing and information about other resources. You can check the status of subsidies and the progress of PMAY scheme implementation using this app. You can use the Awaas app to perform inspection login, beneficiary login, and beneficiary search. The Awaas app was created by the National Informatics Center (NIC).
Light House Project under PMAY
To encourage green building practices, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs created the “Light House Project” in PMAY. The ministry is committed to adopting cutting-edge technology in construction.
The lighthouse project aims to develop environmentally friendly, disaster-resistant, and cutting-edge construction techniques.
LHPs are housing developments that use alternative technology suitable for local geo-climatic or hazardous conditions.
These programs show how to build ready-to-live-in homes quickly, economically, and sustainably with a higher construction standard.
After extensive online bidding, six technology vendors were selected to design six different Light House Projects. These LHPs are located in six states and spread across six locations.
After receiving all required statutory approvals, these projects will not be constructed for more than 12 months.
The Procedure for Preparing the PMAY List
SECC 2011 Socio-Economic Census and Caste Census was conducted in over 640 districts. Its goal was to provide financial assistance to the economically weak. This allows those in this economic category to own property.
The Indian Government considers SECC 2011 when shortlisting eligible recipients for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List. The Government also solicits input from concerned panchayats and tehsils to help determine the final Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List.
PMAY List: Updates from the States
The LIFE Program, run by the Kerala State Government, works in collaboration with the PMAY Mission in Kerala. This mission also aims to provide affordable housing for the poor in rural and urban areas.
A recent development indicates that the Kerala government will select approximately 2742 beneficiaries to allot homes under the LIFE–PMAY full project report.
The Kerala state government has approved the PMAY list. The PMAY list 2022-2023 for the Union government has been sent to its central monitoring and sanction committee. This PMAY list includes beneficiaries who have their land but not their home.
Odisha’s government has also allocated Rs 5900 crore to the rural housing program. This rural housing program combines PMAY and Biju pucca Ghar Yojana.
