2.Self-certified mark sheet of previous year 3.Copy of self-certified student’s Aadhaar card/driving license
4.Proof of self-certified residence electricity bill building tax bill
5.Caste certificate issued by the competent authority of the student
6.Self-certified copy of driving license only for high-speed vehicles
A. For purchase of low speed battery operated two wheelers:
- Application form with complete details in duplicate (one copy to be kept by the dealer for the record)
- Bonafide Certificate (Original/Colored Scan Copy) for the academic year 2020-21 with details of standard/year of study, photograph, outward no. & date
OR
Self-Certified copy of mark sheet of the last exam passed. - Self-Certified copy of Student’s Adhar Card
B. For purchase of high speed battery operated two wheelers:
- Application form with complete details in duplicate (one copy may be kept by dealers for the record)
- Bonafide Certificate (Original) for the academic year 2020-21 with details of standard/year of study, photograph, outward no. & date
OR
Self-Certified Copy of mark sheet of last exam passed.
- Self-Certified copy of Student’s Adhar Card
- Self-Certified copy of Student’s Driving License (Compulsory)
